I am an experienced IT Support Specialist, with over four years of professional expertise providing technical support, system installations, troubleshooting and helpdesk services across both hospitality and corporate environments.
My career began in hotel IT support roles at Embassy Classic Hotel, Boulevard Hotel, Swiss International Beland Hotel and later De Glen Hotel and Suites, where I managed ICT infrastructure, resolved technical issues and ensured smooth daily operations. Alongside these roles I founded my own IT Support company ShakaJoy Services Inc., which provides hardware and software support, helpdesk solutions and ICT installations for businesses. In this capacity I have also served as an external IT team lead for partner organizations overseeing system management and providing reliable technical solutions.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, which has strengthened my foundation in both hardware and software systems, as well as customer-focused IT service delivery. I am passionate about problem-solving, adapting to new technologies and helping businesses run efficiently through effective IT support.
Outside of my technical work, I am driven by continuous learning and growth. I am fluent in English and currently working on developing my Finnish language skills to better integrate into international workplaces.
My long-term goal is to contribute my expertise in IT support to global organizations, especially in dynamic environments such as Finland’s ICT sector, while continuing to expand my professional and cultural horizons.
