I am Sauli from Oulu, graduated this May at of Oulu University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, specializing in UI/UX design and service Design.
I have wrote my thesis about, ”Facilitating Workshops: Using Service Design Methods,” reflects my hands-on experience and dedication to this field.
I have gained substantial experience in facilitating workshops with service design methods, creating diverse customer profiles, mapping and visualizing service journeys, prototyping, and designing user interfaces with a strong focus on accessibility. Accessibility, in particular, has been a key focus of mine, and I consider it a crucial element in modern user interface design.
