With over three years of experience in academic administration and examination management— including my current role as Senior Academic Administrator and ACCA Authorized Invigilator at the Indian Institute of Commerce Lakshya —I bring a strong track record of delivering efficient, accurate, and student-focused academic support services. In my current position, I oversee the end-to-end management of ACCA course administration for the entire institute, including international operations, while leading a team across multiple campuses. My role spans both instructional and administrative responsibilities, giving me extensive experience in curriculum planning, staff coordination, quality assurance, and student support.
I coordinate internal assessments, manage ACCA global examination windows, allocate resources, and train invigilators, ensuring full compliance with both institutional and international regulations. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and ERP systems, which I use to streamline scheduling, student records, and academic workflows.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with academic departments, examination boards, and external bodies such as ACCA to uphold high standards of academic integrity and delivery. As Senior Academic Administrator, I have been responsible for planning examination schedules, adhering to academic regulations, managing student and faculty inquiries, and maintaining accurate academic records. My strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills have been essential in supporting transparent and fair assessment processes.
Beyond academic operations, I also bring a solid foundation in Human Resources—supported by an MBA—and over seven years of combined experience in both HR and administration. My background includes two years in recruitment, where I developed a keen ability to identify top talent, build efficient hiring processes, and create positive candidate experiences.
