Throughout my career, I have worked in highly regulated technology and manufacturing environments, supporting daily operations through efficient logistics, customs clearance, purchasing and customer service. In my current role at MIP Electronics Oy, I am responsible for end-to-end order processing, international logistics, customs clearance, purchasing, invoicing and coordinating domestic and international shipments. This position has strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Previously, I worked at Hologic Ltd. and IQM Finland, where I gained extensive experience in warehouse operations, production support and inventory management within high-tech manufacturing environments. I worked closely with production, procurement and quality teams to ensure reliable material availability, accurate documentation and smooth day-to-day operations. In addition, I have experience in dangerous goods shipments, customs processes and process development.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. I enjoy taking ownership of my work, solving operational challenges and continuously improving the way work is done. Throughout my career, I have actively participated in developing processes and finding more efficient ways of working, whether through automation, improving material flow or streamlining daily operations.
I am a proactive, reliable and highly organized professional who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. I thrive in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds and functions.
